The ASUW Board member who serves as Director of Operations shall chair the Judicial Committee, serve as the Board liaison to the Elections Administration Committee, serve as a member of the Legislative Steering Committee, and the Special Appropriations Committee, be responsible for ASUW compliance with record-keeping guidelines, and shall complete all other related tasks involving the Association not delineated in the Bylaws and as assigned by the ASUW President, with review from the Board of Directors.
